Massage is beneficial to all body systems and is a natural and effective way of
helping to release endorphins, the body’s own pain relief and feel good factor.
Physically, muscle tone and blood circulation is improved as well as the body being stimulated to eliminate toxins. Please allow a minimum extra 20 minutes consultation with every first therapy treatment.
Sports and Remedial massage
This massage provides a faster recovery rate from micro work outs, chronic injuries, fatigue, tension and cramping of muscles as well as aiding some debilitating, remedial conditions. The treatments aid to increase flexibility & range of movement, increase circulation efficiency & reducing injury recovery healing time.
